Founded in 2018.

With a mindset of a Japanese kitchen combined with a 20+ years of experience as a sushi chef, Shun Japanese Kitchen opened its doors in 2018 to explore new realms of Japanese cuisine through the eyes of “2nd Generation Japanese-Americans.” Naoki curates the experience so that guests have the best possible experience.
