We specialize in property management, from Rent Stabilization to Condominium and Cooperative. We also provide construction services, including ground-up development and gut renovations. We have worked on several bars in the lower east side and renovations all over the city. Due to the fact that we manage several properties in the city, we are able to assist the buildings in renting out and selling their units.

Founded in 2005.

My Real Estate career began in 2000, when I managed properties for over 8 years. In 2005, after closing my Real Estate company, Urban Haunts, I decided to start my own property management business. After I realized I enjoyed helping tenants and owners, property management was the right choice. Since I was 17, I have been working in the construction field; my experience ranges from plumbing to window manufacturing and installation, as well as minor renovations. Our construction projects have grown over the past few years since we teamed up with an experienced general contractor/foreman.
