Founded in 2014.

In Times Square, Chef Tony Koraneekit began his culinary career in Restaurant Row. When Tony moved from Thailand to New York in 2005, he began working nights at his aunt’s seaside restaurant, Danny’s Grand Sea Palace in midtown Manhattan, his aunt’s seafood establishment. A nightly cabaret and lavish seafood creations were popular at Sea Palace. There, Tony discovered his passion for food as well as the entrepreneurial side of the restaurant business. After moving to the Midwest in 2007, Tony continued to work in two Thai/Japanese-inspired restaurants owned by his aunt, just north of Chicago, as a sushi chef. A child, Chef JJ began cooking with his mother and creating Thai dishes from scratch, which sparked a passion for food. In 2009, he moved from Thailand to the Chicago area where he attended school and started working in his aunt’s restaurant.
