We serve steak at LongHorn Steakhouse the way it was meant to be: boldly seasoned and expertly grilled by our Grill Masters. Making our famous, expertly crafted steaks begins with selecting quality cuts and ends where most good things happen: on the grill. With just the right seasoning and no shortcuts, our steaks are never frozen, and grilled by our experts. The Bone-In Outlaw Ribeye, tender, center-cut Flo’s Filet, and fire-grilled New York Strip are legendary favorites. And if you love steak, you should check out our Grill Masters’ other favorites like our Parmesan Crusted Chicken, hand-cut LongHorn Salmon, or slow-cooked Baby Back Ribs. Need a bigger lunch? Whether you’re in the mood for a Half-Pound Steakhouse Cheeseburger or a Maverick Ribeye Sandwich made with 6 juicy ounces of ribeye steak, or a Chocolate Stampede, we’ve got you covered.
Founded in 1981.
The LongHorn Steakhouse was founded in Atlanta in 1982 by George McKerrow, Jr. with a passion for perfect steaks, but few guests to convince. When a freak snowstorm hit Atlanta in 1982, motorists were stranded and drawn into a restaurant called LongHorn Steaks Restaurant & Saloon – the only place that was hospitable. LongHorn’s legend began when tales of expertly grilled steaks spread like wildfire. The LongHorn restaurant offers diners a modern, relaxing dining experience with knowledgeable servers serving the best fresh steaks, chicken, and seafood, expertly prepared as only LongHorn knows how. In addition to its legendary steaks, LongHorn is known for being a positive force in the community. Every day, the restaurant collects unused and fresh food that isn’t served and donates it to local food banks. Our goal at LongHorn Steakhouse is to help make a positive impact on our local community.
