When Chef Hoi Fung opened his 3,000 square foot restaurant in 1990, he revolutionized Chinese cuisine by introducing Hong Kong Style Cooking and Live Seafood. 28 years later, Fung’s Kitchen has grown to more than 25,000 square feet and has won the Houston Press Best Chinese Restaurant Award for over ten years running. In addition to being a Chinese restaurant, Fung’s now offers Full Service Dim Sum, Catering, and Large Banquet Parties.
