Founded and operated by Fabian, an experienced general contractor with over 20 years of experience in residential, industrial and commercial construction. Expert in carpentry, electrical work, plumbing, remodeling of private homes, painting, laying cement, installing floors, expanding/additioning rooms, repairing commercial kitchen appliances, and repairing restaurant furniture. We specialize in building renovations and commercial kitchen maintenance, as well as commercial appliance installation, demolition, and repair on the commercial side. For residential clients, we offer services such as complete home remodeling, kitchen and bath renovations/remodels, backyard and patio services, plumbing, electrical wiring, and interior and exterior painting.

In 1999, it was founded.

After working for several prestigious construction firms in New York, New Jersey and Pennsylvania for 15 years, Fabian Pietrzykowski founded Fabian Construction. Fabian had difficulty finding high quality and reliable contractors when he owned a popular restaurant in Utah at the time. The gap in the market led Fabian to become an expert in commercial and residential construction. With a solid background in maintenance, Fabian transitioned from restauranteur to contractor and has made our clients’ dreams a reality.
